We use the following fluids in all of our Spec Miata's

Engine	Schaeffer Race Oil
Transmission	Redline MTL Trans Lube
Differential	Redline 750W90 Gear Lube
Radiator	One bottle of Redline Water Wetter straight water - no antifreeze

After trying virtually every racing oil on the market, Advanced Autosports has been using Schaeffer 7000 series synthetic oil in all our Spec Miatas. Schaeffer oils have shown excellent wear characteristics and longer life than other brands we tried. Chemical analysis has shown virtually no wear in our Stewart Engines after 3 years of racing. Add proven reliability to low cost and Schaeffer oil stands out amongst the more well known and costly competition. Castrol LMA is our favorite brake fluid, ATE Super Blue and Motul works well also.
